Our 3-YEAR WARRANTY and 60-DAY RETURN POLICY allows you to purchase with confidence!

3-YEAR WARRANTY

The Rope Bat® is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for up to THREE years. When used as directed, it’s virtually indestructible.

If you believe your Rope Bat® is defective in materials or workmanship, contact us for a free replacement.

The warranty is valid when purchasing from any AUTHORIZED retailer.

*You will be asked to show proof of purchase (email order confirmation, order number or email address used to place the order). If purchased from an authorized retailer (not the Rope Bat® website), you will need to provide the email order confirmation.

 

60-DAY RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes purchases just don’t work out. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Rope Bat®, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund.

For orders shipped within the United States, the customer is responsible for a flat rate cost of $10 for return shipping only. If the customer upgraded to Priority Shipping during checkout, the Priority Shipping fee will not be refunded with a return.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, the cost of shipping to the original destination and any import taxes. The cost of the product will be refunded once the return is received.
